How It Works

1. Start Your Plan

We meet with you to discuss your near-term and long-term goals, and we make sure our team has a solid understanding of your brand and products.

2. Initial Store Audit

We'll perform an audit of your store following our 94-point checklist. Our audit covers UX/UI, conversion optimization, site speed, accessibility, technical SEO, and more.

We'll deliver the audit report with you and discuss our recommended improvements to your site.

3. Send a Request

Along with the improvements recommended in your store audit, we're on call to help with any new feature builds, bug fixes, technical SEO improvements, support needs, or anything else our team can help with to keep your Shopify store running smoothly.

4. Your Request Gets Completed

Your dedicated Technical Account Manager works with our team to complete your request, testing to make sure everything works as intended.

Next, we deliver the update to you with a preview link so you can review it and provide feedback before it goes live.

With your approval, we push the update live on your store.

All plans include a one-time setup fee of $700, which covers the initial audit we conduct on your store. The audit identifies a list of recommended improvements that we then implement on your site with a focus on improving conversion rate, average order value, and lifetime value.

These plans are designed to provide you with all the support you need to run your business. If you need up to 15% more hours than your plan is designed to include, we’ll include that at no additional cost for one month. If it seems like you need a higher level of support moving forward or if you have a busier month, we’ll discuss the possibility of upgrading your plan in order to provide you with the support you need, or you can approve additional hours to keep momentum going through a busier month. You can always upgrade, downgrade, pause, or cancel if your needs change.

Questions you might be asking

What services do you provide as part of these plans?

Our service includes almost anything that relates to building and optimizing your Shopify store.

This can be developing custom features, designing mockups of new page layouts, creating banners, building landing pages, researching which app to use and helping you get it installed, doing SEO research and on-site optimization, integrating with third-party services, setting up conversion tracking pixels, or just about anything else you need help with to grow your business on Shopify.

How much work can I get done each month on this plan?

Some of our clients just have a few small requests per month, while others have ongoing intense custom development projects.

Book a call with us to discuss your needs, and we'll recommend a plan within your budget that provides all the support you need.

Our plans can grow with you, so your plan may be upgraded or downgraded at any time depending on your needs at the time.

How quickly will work get done?

Simple tasks can usually be completed in as little as 1-3 business days.

Larger, more complicated tasks can take a couple of weeks or more to complete.

Turnaround times for tasks mainly depend on two things:

1) The size and complexity of each task.

2) Which plan tier you are on.

If you have a bunch of tasks that you want completed, we'll work with you to prioritize them and tackle them in your preferred order. This means the tasks lower on the priority list will take longer to complete.

What if I just need one thing done?

If you just have a small project to start, you have a couple of choices:

1) Start a monthly plan and work with us to complete your tasks, then cancel your plan when you're done. There is no long-term commitment, so you can cancel any time.

2) Buy a Shopify Quick Fix, our service offering for small tasks. This is also a good way to try working with us on a small, low-risk project before deciding if you'd like to work together on an ongoing basis.

3) If you have a larger, one-time project you're looking for help with, book a call to discuss your needs, and we'll tailor a solution that fits your goals and budget.

Is there a long-term commitment?

There is no long-term commitment for our monthly plans. You can pause or cancel any time.

We work hard to meet our clients' needs with excellence and reliability, so most of our clients continue working with us for years.

Who will I be working with?

You will be assigned a dedicated account manager depending on the category of service that your primary needs fall into. Our team members have different skillsets, so you'll be paired with someone who's a good fit for your needs.

Your account manager will then bring other team members in as needed to help with specific tasks.

For example, your account manager might bring in an SEO expert, a designer, or a developer with expertise in the specific areas that you're requesting help with if that's not already your account manager's area of expertise.

You can always reach out personally to our owner, Leighton Taylor, with any concerns or requests.

How do I send my requests?

You can send your requests directly to your account manager by email, Slack, or within our project management system.

If needed, we'll schedule Zoom meetings to discuss your project and feedback, but asynchronous communication is preferred when possible.

Can I pause my plan?

Yes, you can pause or cancel your plan at any time —just please give us 15 days' notice before the next billing cycle.

Is there any Shopify work you don’t provide?

Pretty much anything that's done within Shopify, we can do.

We don't manage ad campaigns, so if you need help running your Google Ads or Meta ads, we'll refer you to someone else with expertise in those areas.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the highly custom nature of our work, we are not able to offer refunds. However, we believe in doing business with fairness and honesty. If you ever have an issue with the quality of our work, let us know and we'll make it right.

We can't promise these exact results for every client, but significant growth often happens because we’re able to improve user-friendliness, SEO-friendliness, mobile-friendliness, and adherence to usability and ecommerce best practices.
