Response time

When you send us a message through our contact page or our support center, we do our dead-level best to respond within 24 hours (on business days). You will often receive responses much faster than that—usually within an hour or two if submitted within business hours.

What our free support includes:

  • Fixing Shopify compatibility issues
  • Bug fixes
  • Basic CSS and styling changes
  • Help with changing your Theme Settings and setting up theme features
  • Fixing any problem with a theme's advertised features

What our free support does not include:

  • Extensive modifications to a theme outside of its Theme Settings and advertised features
  • Installing third-party applications or features
  • Compatibility issues with third-party applications or services

Shopify Setup Service

We offer a setup service for an additional charge to help you get your shop up and running. This service includes the installation and setup of your theme with your branding, colors, several products, and other content. View details →

Custom design & development

We are sometimes able to offer design and development services to add custom features or change a theme's design. However, our availability to take on these custom projects is subject to change. Please contact us for information on our availability and to request a quote for your project.
