All plans include a one-time setup fee of $500, which covers the initial audit we conduct on your store. The audit identifies a list of recommended improvements that we then implement on your site with a focus on improving conversion rate, average order value, and lifetime value.
These plans are designed to provide you with all the support you need to run your business. If you need up to 15% more hours than your plan is designed to include, we’ll include that at no additional cost for one month.If it seems like you need a higher level of support moving forward or if you have a busier month, we’ll discuss the possibility of upgrading your plan in order to provide you with the support you need, or you can do a one-time booster to keep momentum going through a busier month. You can always upgrade, downgrade, pause, or cancel if your needs change.
